How information is used This information supports course registration, account access, payment administration, training delivery, support, completion verification and business records. Course and account messages are sent to the contact information provided.

Service providers and company registrations PEC Class uses Arlo and its elearning services to administer registration and training, and payment providers to process purchases. These providers process information needed for their services under their own privacy policies. If an employer arranges training, registration and completion information may be provided to its authorized training contacts.

Website technology Cookies and similar technologies support website and portal functions. Website analytics and advertising tools may collect device, browser and interaction information, including visit and conversion activity. Browser settings can restrict cookies, which may affect some features.

Records and requests Training and transaction records may be retained for completion verification, accounting, resolving disputes and applicable recordkeeping requirements.
