PEC Class Cancellation, Refund & Reschedule Policy

Registering reserves one of the limited seats in a live PEC class. Students and sponsoring companies are responsible for reviewing these rules before purchasing.

Attendance and No-Shows

Students must join the Zoom class on time with working internet, camera, microphone, required identification, and access to any required PEC systems. A student who fails to join within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior communication is considered a no-show and forfeits the registration payment.

Students who leave the Zoom meeting after class begins without prior email approval from PEC Class or the instructor are treated as having voluntarily left the class, forfeit their payment, and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations received within 24 hours of the scheduled class start time are non-refundable.
• Cancellations received more than 24 hours before class may receive a refund of up to 90% of the registration fee.
• No refunds are issued after the class has started.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Reschedules

Rescheduling is not guaranteed. A complimentary reschedule will be provided only when approved in writing by PEC Class or the instructor before class begins. Otherwise, a reschedule fee or a new registration may be required. No-shows are not eligible for a complimentary reschedule.

Student-Side Technical Issues

PEC Class is not responsible for poor internet service, power outages, device problems, company firewalls, Zoom difficulties, camera or microphone failures, or failure to complete required setup before class. If a verified PEC Class or instructor-side failure prevents completion, the student will be rescheduled at no charge.

Request Procedure

All cancellation, refund, and reschedule requests must be emailed to support@pecclass.com. Requests made only by telephone, text message, or social media are not accepted.

Acceptance

By registering, the student or sponsoring company acknowledges that they have read and accepted this policy.
